30-day Money Back Guarantee

If you cancel your account within 30 days of initial account creation, you will be refunded all monies paid for hosting, irregardless of how many of those 30 days you were hosted with Scribehost.

Restrictions include:

• you must have abided by the Scribehost Acceptable Use Policy and Terms and Conditions
• you must have cancelled your account within 30 calendar days of the account creation, as indicated by the timestamp on your welcome letter

The refund will be refunded according to the method of payment you used to pay for your hosting account: either your card will be credited, or we will refund your PayPal payment.

Uptime Guarantee

Scribehost's servers are monitored constantly, as are our redundant network connections. The servers hosting your web site will be available and providing service at least 99.5% of the time. (This works out to 716 hours and 24 minutes of uptime in a 30-day month, or 3 hours and 36 minutes of downtime in a 30-day month). If, in one month, the average uptime of all services (HTTP, POP, FTP, SSH, SSL, and MySQL) is less than 99.5%, affected clients will be given a credit equivalent to one month of hosting with their then-current plan.

Downtime which occurs during scheduled server maintenance or upgrades will not count against guaranteed uptime.
