Nonprofit Groups
Any registered nonprofit group can receive a 20% discount on all web hosting services. This includes hosting and CMS software packages. This discount will be valid for the life of the hosting account, as long as the account remains in good standing and retains its nonprofit status.
To receive the coupon code good for a nonprofit discount, the nonprofit agency must scan and email copies of its certificate of nonprofit status. The account holder will receive the coupon code, which can be entered when purchasing any qualifying product or service. Nonprofit account holders will be asked to provide annual notices of continuing nonprofit status to keep getting this discount. If an account holder loses or changes their nonprofit status, they will not receive the discount on future hosting services.
Active Military Personnel and Dependents
Active members of the armed forces (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard) or direct dependents of active armed forces personnel can receive a 15% discount on all hosting services. This includes web hosting only — this does not cover software licenses, domain registration, or any other services available through Scribehost.
To receive the coupon code good for a military/dependent discount, the client must scan and email copies of paperwork proving active deployment (individual ID numbers should be redacted to protect clients' personal information). The account holder will receive the coupon code, which can be entered when purchasing any qualifying product or service. Military/dependent account holders will be asked to provide annual notices of continuing active-duty status to keep getting this discount. If an account holder changes their duty status or fails to provide the updated documentation before the billing date, future hosting services will be billed at regular published rates.

Scribehost may run other discounts on any services. These discounts and their terms & conditions will be posted on Scribehost's site. The terms of these discounts may change at any time.
Individuals or groups who are found to be fraudulently applying for repeated discounts may be terminated and/or charged for previous discounted amounts plus penalties.
